We evaluate information available from the efficiency assessment method (PAS) set up from the CEPT University for monitoring of urban solutions in India. It's got annual details of water support delivery in all the urban regions of Gujarat from 2010. We assess city consuming water supply on three key areas: fairness, assistance quality and fiscal s
